I am sorry this note has taken me so long to write..the summer flew by.

Thank you so much for all you did for us in the selling and buying of our homes. You made the process much easier and enjoyable than it could have been! We appreciate the amount of time you spent with us, your patience our unsuccessful attempts to buy (3 times!), your invaluable advice, encouragement, and expertise and your friendship. Thank you for your care in finding a wonderful neighborhood and home for our family. We are enjoying our new place and feel like this will be a good spot raise our kids. Thank you also for the picture of our Taylor Avenue house. It is a beautiful reminder of our house friends there.

We continue to recommend you to friends who are moving. We are grateful for all you did for us.

I remember one of our first meetings; you read what my lawyer had written about not trusting real estate agents. Well he was wrong there – I do trust you and believe in you. I was so awed by your loving compassion and understanding. You have been a faithful and good friend.

I have been searching in all our boxes for my note cards so that I could send you a note, but who knows when I will finally find them. I thought that an email message would be better than waiting until then. We both think you are an exceptional realtor, and have been very happy with the way you handled taking care of our house hunting/buying and closing.
